He will attend and play football at the University of Sothern California. Morgan is ranked by Rivals.com, a college sports recruiting site as the 64th best prospect in the country and 3rd best all purpose running back nationwide. He is drawing comparisons to his future teammate at USC, running back Joe McKnight.

Morgan is not the only player on his team drawing attention from college scouts, however. Lucky Radley and Brent Williams are also being heavily recruited to play at the college level. All three of these young men will have the opportunity to attend major Universities, earn a degree, and play football at the next level.

Alumni of the Taft High School Football program include Jeff Fisher who is the coach of the Tennessee titans and Steve Smith who won a super bowl with the New York Giants.
